Setup on suitable existing furniture, Wi-Fi, updates, apps, existing devices, basic controls, and packaging cleanup. Setup with one old TV hauled away: $125.
No surprise charges. Your confirmed price changes only if you approve added work, a trip for missing screws or replacement parts, or materially different product or site conditions. Any additional charge is explained and approved before we proceed. Applicable Ohio sales tax is added when required.

What do you need to provide a quote?
Send the service location, product link or clear photos, item count, and any details about stairs, wall mounting, or limited access.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due when the work is complete unless otherwise stated in your estimate. Pay securely through Square or with cash, and receive a receipt.
What is included with the $75 Smart TV setup?
We assemble the supplied TV stand or legs, place the TV on suitable existing furniture, connect it to working Wi-Fi, complete initial setup and updates, connect compatible existing devices, organize requested apps, perform basic picture and sound setup, scan an existing antenna when requested, simplify supported home-screen and accessibility options, provide a basic remote walkthrough, and consolidate packaging.
What is included with the $125 TV setup and haul-away?
It includes the $75 Smart TV setup plus removal of one old television for proper disposal. Haul-away is available with a TV setup appointment. Oversized TVs, stairs, difficult access, unsafe conditions, or unusual removal requirements may cost more, and any additional charge is approved before service.
Do you wall-mount televisions?
Wall mounting is not included with Smart TV setup. This service places the television on a suitable existing TV stand, console, dresser, or other furniture.
Can you enter my passwords or payment information?
For your security, you should enter sensitive account passwords and payment information yourself. Please have working internet service and the information needed for the services you want connected.
What TV setup add-ons are available?
TVs 65 inches or larger are +$25, soundbar setup is +$25, streaming-device setup is +$25, and an additional TV during the same visit starts at $50. Final pricing depends on compatibility, access, and the requested work.
What if replacement parts or screws are missing?
Customers provide the product, instructions, and included hardware. If screws, hardware, or replacement parts are missing, we can discuss making a trip to obtain suitable available replacements. Any trip, parts, or additional labor charge will be explained and approved before anything is purchased or the work continues.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
We document visible damage and pause work when it may affect safe assembly. We will explain the available options before proceeding; manufacturer defects, recalls, shipping damage, and unavailable or manufacturer-specific parts may still need to be handled through the retailer or manufacturer.
Do you mount items to walls?
Some manufacturer-approved wall installations may be available after reviewing the item, wall type, mounting hardware, and location. We do not perform electrical, plumbing, structural, or other licensed-trade work.
Do you remove packaging?
We tidy the immediate work area and consolidate packaging. Unless specifically included in your written quote, boxes and packing material remain with the customer for recycling or disposal.
How long will my appointment take?
Timing depends on the product, item count, access, and manufacturer instructions. We provide a reasonable expectation with your quote, but complex or defective products may take longer.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment without a cancellation fee. See the customer policies for full details.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Assembly or installation errors caused by our workmanship are covered for 30 days, subject to the customer policies.
