Haul-away is available with a TV setup appointment. Oversized televisions, stairs, difficult access, unsafe conditions, or unusual removal requirements may cost more. Any additional charge is discussed and approved before service.
No smartphone? No problem. When the television supports it, we can use the remote to complete setup, connect existing services, simplify the home screen, enlarge text, enable captions, and show you how to reach the programs you actually watch.
We can also help create a simple set of everyday instructions showing which remote buttons to use.
